Approximately four months after having a baby, and subsisting on too little sleep, I decided to change how I was doing things. For 10 days in April 2009, I did an experiment, putting my intention into living as stress-free as possible.
Each day, I attempted to do 5 things that would help me reach my goal:
- Positive affirmations
- Meditation
- Evening gratitudes
- Avoid refined sugar
- Moderate exercise.
