This time Feasibly Fit Mom reader, Rosey, is getting back to herself with a custom fitness plan that gets her moving with cardio and into the routine of regular exercise. She's also cutting the sugar out of her life so she can focus on and enjoy even sweeter things, like family and travel.

1) What is your inspiration to starting this plan?
Angie ... she really inspired me!
2) Where are you going to workout? What equipment will you use?
I will be working out at home. For my workouts I'll be using the treadmill, weights, bands, and yoga/Pilates DVDs. For some fun, I will probably add Wii Fit activities.
3) What are you looking forward to most?
Getting back on track with an exercise program. A move and two new grandbabies really derailed my exercise schedule, especially cardio, so now it's time to get back into a good routine.
4) What is going to be the greatest challenge?
Staying off sugar ... it's my vice.
5) How can readers best encourage you?
Simple words of support would be great.
