Oh my goodness, I just love stories like this one. We've come to the end of Angie's 6-week fitness journey. But as you'll read below, it's really just the beginning. She has taken full ownership of her workouts, health, confidence and strength. It's a story best told in Angie's own words...and a stunning "after" picture! Amy @Feasibly Fit Mom: How is running going? Really good. I love it so much. I am going to start training now for the 5k (with my husband's help) and can't wait to run my first race! Amy @FFM: Have you lost any inches? Do you mind sharing how many? I have lost inches!!!! 3 inches on my hips; 5 inches on my waist; and 2 inches on my chest. WOOOOOHOOOOO!!!! Amy @FFM: So, this is it! Bikini time. Let's see it : ) OK, here ya go!! I see some slight changes, but the changes that you can't see are: I'm more energetic, I have a habit of going to the gym now, and I feel better about myself. {Ed. note: Other than fading the edges of the photos for effect, I haven't doctored these photos! Believe it.} BEFORE: AFTER: Hot Mama! Amy @FFM: How will you be celebrating your success? I have already bought myself some new clothes to last through the summer. By the end of summer, I am hoping to be even closer to my goal weight and size, so I will do a complete wardrobe makeover. Can't wait for that. Amy @FFM: Any advice for someone who is contemplating putting it all out there with a custom training plan at Feasibly Fit Mom? Go for it!!! You will NOT regret it. I have had so much fun participating in this that I wish I could do it all again. This experience has been so motivating and encouraging. Amy is great to work with. I never felt as though the workouts were too hard or overly choreographed (which I am happy about because I have NO coordination-lol). Enjoy the process and have fun. So that officially ends our peek into Angie's fitness journey. She's worked hard, accomplished a lot and is full of confidence in the healthy habits she's modeling for her whole family.
